Madcap Writing Retreats: Retreat to Advance (+ Giveaway)

By Natalie C. Parker

Part of the How They Do It Series (Today with a giveaway!)

Writing retreats can be invigorating and incredibly beneficial to a writer's career. Natalie Parker knows first-hand how useful, and went from simply attending them to hosting them. She's here today to share her story, and offer you an opportunity to win fabulous writer-friendly prizes!

Natalie C. Parker grew up in a Navy family where having adventures was as common as reading fairy tales. She holds a BA in English and an MA in Women’s Studies and in spite of these things ended up in the employ of social scientists studying climate change. Though still baffled by having ended up in a landlocked state, she lives in Kansas with her partner in a house of monsters.
