After I sold my first novel, (The Shifter) I spent weeks scouring the web looking for advice on how to market books. I knew it was important, but had no clue what to do.   3. I love my cards. I have an advantage since I'm a graphic designer by trade, but they're very easy to do these days.

    Marketing is rough. The worst thing is you never really know what works. Hopefully I gave a wide enough overview that folks can pick and choose what sounds interesting to them, and maybe even give them ideas of their own.
