A Big Thanks to All My Writing Buddies

By Janice Hardy, @Janice_Hardy
Before I dive in and get all sappy, I wanted to let you know that my monthly post is up over at Pub Crawl, sharing some thoughts on why this is a great time to appreciate the writer types in your life.

And with that in mind...

Since Thanksgiving is tomorrow, I just wanted to take the time to give a little thanks myself. I've been writing articles for this site since 2009, and I look forward every day to your comments and discussions and writing breakthroughs. It always makes my day to hear of your successes, and I cheer when those writing victories come in for you--be they that first page request, that first sale, that first manuscript, or a milestone in your ongoing career.

You guys are the reason I do this, and I wouldn't be here without you. So thank you very, very , much.

I'd also like to thank a few of the blogs out there who have been so generous to host me time and time again. Thank you:

Pub(lishing) Crawl, for welcoming me into the pub as a monthly contributor. You guys are so knowledgeable and generous with your time and it's a pleasure to be a Crawler.

Writers in the Storm, for inviting me back and again and again, and giving me a small drawer to hold my thoughts every few months. It's always a blast and lots of laughs to be there.

Romance University, for letting me stop by so often and chat with their wonderful readers. It's a pleasure to be there and I look forward to every visit.

There are so many more of you that I can't possibly thank you all by name, but know that I appreciate all you've done for me and this site. Some of you were there when I was starting out, others support the site and send readers my way, and still more of you are there with whatever I need and are always happy to share. You guys rock.

Big hugs to you all, and thanks for all you do.
