From Fiction University: I'm currently taking a blogging/writing break during the month of September to deal with family health issues. There will be no new posts until October. But please feel free to read through the archives for posts you might have missed. Thank you for your patience during this difficult time.

Blue Fire Blog Tour Day 15

Hear that rumbling sound? That's the sound of my blog tour catching up with me! I, um, kinda fell behind this week (note: don't do a writer's conference in another state the weekend before the Monday you have a full-day school visit scheduled) but I'm working hard to get ahead of the posts and get back on track. But on the bright side, my "things to avoid when you do a blog tour" is getting lots of great material!

Today's stops...

Things to think about in those early pre-story planning sessions.

  1. You are amazing--can we find a way to bottle your stamina??? I'm enjoying these posts :)

  2. I'm amazed too. And very impressed.

  3. Amazing seems to be the consensus here. I'm looking forward to the blog tour recap!

  4. Oh, I'll be interested to see that 'things to avoid' list! Blog tours are a must for writers, and it's always handy to know what to do and what not too. Sounds like you're ultra busy...but busy is good when launching a book, right?

  5. I agree. This is all so interesting. You're doing a great job.

  6. I'm just about out of stamina (grin), but trying to recharge. My schedule this week might be a tad fluid. :)

  7. I'm so impressed by how many blogs you were able to manage posting/interviewing on--INCLUDING follow up comments on each. You do realize you're setting the bar high for the rest of us, right? :)

  8. LOL, Oh I hope not! And I *am* tripping over that bar a bit right now. I have discovered one thing... email follow up comments is my new best friend. Does this blog allow that? Hmm...I guess I could log out and post anon and see if it does.
