Just a Quick Note

I've had a few comments this week correct or question something I've written, and one even mentioned risking ire for pointing it out. I just wanted y'all to know that like everyone else, I do make mistakes, and I'm totally fine in someone jumps in and lets me know so I can correct  it.

I won't get mad unless someone is being rude about it. And even then, I'd be miffed about the rudeness, not the fact that someone pointed out a goof on my part.

I'm doing mistakes all the time. That's the way we learn, isn't it? We do mistakes and get corrected. If we don't take the chance of doing a mistake from time to time, we're on status quo.

I learn a lot from all your interesting posts >:)

Janice, I really like and respect the fact that your posts are focused on the practical art of storytelling. My eyes glaze over sometimes at the intricacies of grammar terminology, but I love your posts, and after reading them all kinds of things click into place with regards to reader engagement, and why things might read as a bit flat. Thank you for that.

YOU MEAN YOU ARE NOT PERFECT????

hahahhaha...is it okay that I laughed at this post?

Seriously, I'm amazed by how perfect your posts usually are that when you do make a grammatical error, I glaze right over it. Who cares. You are human and honestly, it makes me feel a whole lot better when you have an occasional error. Makes me feel less dingy :-)

Thanks for being human after all :-)

Glad you're human... nice to boot! Hehe. With all the awesomeness floating around the blogosphere I've been starting to wonder if it hadn't been taken over by incredibly life-like and oh-so-talented robots. Or maybe perfect aliens. Anyway, you rock! I love following your posts!
